COVID-19 Notice

In light of COVID-19, as we slowly re-open our doors we will continue to follow the CDC guidelines for safety. We have taken every precaution to ensure not only the safety of you, our patient, but the safety of our staff as well.

You will be asked to adhere to the following safety protocols.

  • Upon arrival to one of our facilities, please check in at the front desk. At that time your temperature will be taken and you will be asked important COVID-19 screening questions.
  • After check-in you will be directed to wait in your car until the physician is ready to see you. At that time, you will receive a phone call or text message from our front desk.
  • All patients must wear a mask for their visit!
  • To ensure social distancing and to minimize the volume of patients in our facility at one time, only the scheduled patient will be allowed into the facility. All accompanying guests will be asked to remain in their vehicle.

We are excited to announce that we are now offering telehealth services to our patients  for certain medical conditions with your eye doctor. Having a “virtual” visit from the comfort of your home is the best way to provide treatment and keep you safe.  Our eye doctors will do a consultation via your smartphone and bill the visit to your medical insurance, just like a standard in-person visit to our office. Our doctors are committed to providing a high level of vision care while also keeping you and the public safe. If you are experiencing a medical eye issue you may be eligible for a telehealth visit.
